What We Do

Four
Disciplines.
One Studio.

Design support for teams that care about how things look in renderings and how they actually get built, packed, shipped, and installed. We work in metal, wood, and plastic — from first sketch to factory floor.

01
Metal

Steel, aluminum, wire — laser cut, formed, welded, powder-coated. Designed with fabrication method in mind from day one.

02
Wood

Solid wood, plywood, veneer, MDF — CNC routed, jointed, laminated. Warm materials with precise engineering behind them.

03
Plastic

ABS, PETG, acrylic, nylon — injection moulded, thermoformed, machined. Cost and process chosen to match your volume and budget.

01
Discipline 01 / 04
Mechanical &
Industrial Design

Practical design work for metal, wood, and plastic components — strong concepts with enough detail to actually build from. We don't just make things look good on screen. Every decision is driven by how the part will be made, assembled, and used in the real world.

What's Included
Full 3D CAD assemblies in industry-standard formats (STEP, IGES, native)
Detail drawings with GD&T, tolerances, and material callouts
Bill of materials (BOM) with off-the-shelf component sourcing
Design for manufacture (DFM) review — wall thickness, draft angles, weld access
Assembly simplification and fastener strategy
Good For
New component design Existing part redesign Cost reduction Supplier quoting packages Second opinions on DFM
Start a mechanical design project
02
Discipline 02 / 04
POP Fixture &
Retail Systems

Inline fixtures, endcaps, floor stands, and display systems that hold up to real store conditions and rollout timelines. We design for how it ships, how it assembles in the store, and how it survives 18 months of retail traffic — not just how it looks in the concept render.

What's Included
Knock-down and flat-pack design — minimal carton count, maximum store floor efficiency
Mixed-material structures — steel, wood, plastic, acrylic in one coherent system
Graphics, lighting, and hardware integration designed in from the start
Modular and configurable systems for multi-SKU or multi-retailer rollouts
Supplier-ready documentation including finish specs and hardware callouts
Good For
National retail rollouts Endcap systems Floor stands Counter displays Feature walls Seasonal programs

03
Discipline 03 / 04
Product
Development

Turning loose ideas, napkin sketches, and reference images into something a manufacturer can quote without guessing. We take you from concept to complete documentation — the kind of package that gets accurate quotes and avoids expensive surprises at first article.

What's Included
Concept generation and refinement — multiple directions explored before committing to CAD
Material and finish strategy — right spec for your volume, budget, and performance needs
Complete 3D CAD model ready for tooling or fabrication quoting
Supplier-friendly documentation — drawings a factory can use without calling you
First article support — we stay engaged when the first parts come back
Good For
New product concepts Idea to market SKU line extensions Packaging design Consumer goods Industrial products
Start a product development project
04
Discipline 04 / 04
Prototyping &
Problem Solving

Fixing what is not working, tightening what is almost there, and clarifying details for prototypes and pilots. Sometimes you don't need a full design engagement — you need someone to look at a specific problem with fresh eyes and engineering rigour and tell you exactly what to change.

What's Included
Engineer-of-record support — we own the engineering decisions and document them properly
Assembly simplification — fewer parts, faster build, lower cost
Cost and process-driven design changes — targeted improvements with clear rationale
Prototype review and red-line drawings — annotated feedback your team can act on
Pilot run support — on-call engineering during first production runs
Good For
Prototype review Field failure analysis Pre-production fixes Cost reduction exercises Second opinions

How We Work
From Stuck
to Built

Every project runs through the same four-stage process — no ambiguity, no surprises. You know what you're getting before we start.

01
Discovery & Scope
We start with a deep-dive into your goals, constraints, and timelines. Deliverables are defined in writing before a single line of CAD gets drawn — you know exactly what you're getting and when.
02
Concept & Validation
Rapid sketches and low-fidelity concepts reviewed together. Ideas are stress-tested early — before they cost anything — using engineering first principles and your real-world requirements.
03
CAD & Detailing
Full 3D CAD assemblies, tolerancing, material selection, and component sourcing. Every part is designed for how it will actually be made — not just how it looks on screen.
04
Delivery & Support
Production-ready drawing packages, supplier-friendly documentation, and post-delivery support. We stay engaged through first articles and pilot runs so nothing falls through the cracks.
Why Conetiq
Built for
Builders
Like You
01
SMB-First Pricing

No retainer bloat. Transparent project-based pricing with clear deliverables. You know what you're paying before you commit — no surprises mid-project.

02
Direct Engineer Access

You talk to the person doing the work — not a project manager playing telephone. Faster decisions, fewer miscommunications, better outcomes.

03
Manufacture-Ready Output

Drawing packages a factory can actually use. GD&T, tolerances, BOMs — all included, no chasing. What you hand to a supplier is complete.

04
Timelines You Can Trust

We scope honestly, not optimistically. What we say will be ready, is ready. Our reputation depends on it — and we take that seriously.

Let's Build Something

Have something
that needs to get real?

Share where you're stuck — concept, detail, or prototype — and Conetiq will help you close the gap to something you can actually build and sell.
